Day 1: Arrive Kathmandu at the Tribhuwan International Airport

Arrival Kathmandu at the Tribhuwan  International Airport where you will find our representative awaiting your arrival with our office vehicle to pick you up and drop you to your designated hotel. Your first overnight in the valley of temples.

Day 2: Morning at Pashupatinath temple Darsan / Budhanilkanta & Patan

After breakfast, we head out for a Morning tour of Pashupatinath temple for worship and then begin a scenic drive to Budhanilkantha after lunch. Budhanilkantha is famous for its Temple which is located at the base of Shivapuri Hill within the Kathmandu valley on the northern side. It is also known as the mystical Budhanilkantha temple or ‘Narayanthan’ temple. Budhanilkantha literally means “Old Blue Throat”. The temple is only nine kilometers away from the ancient valley of Kathmandu. We next head down to Patan, which was once a strongly independent kingdom to itself, but now a simple suburb separated by a murky river from Kathmandu. Anyone who drops into this ancient town must visit Durbar Square which offers an assortment of wooden arts in the monumental historic complexes which reflect the architectural influences of a medieval age found all over the valley. Patan’s Durbar Square, arguably, possesses some of the most fascinating assortment of temples and palaces throughout the country. A unique spot of interests are the artistic wooden carvings depicting the sutras of Lord Kamadeva (god of sex) dotted throughout the big and small pagoda style temples in the by lanes of this old city. Patan Durbar Square is said to be among the richest culturally and historically of all the other durbar squares of the valley. At eventide, we’ll drive back to our hotel in the city for the night.

Day 3: Drive to Pokhara [823m/2,700ft]: a 6 hrs scenic drive through a lush green highway

Early morning at around 7 am, we set off for Pokhara on a tourist bus. En-route we will see more of Nepal’s countryside that offers green landscapes, rivers, villages, farms and beautiful mountain surroundings. In the afternoon, we reach Pokhara. Pokhara offers magnificent views of Dhaulagiri, Manaslu, Machhapuchhare, five peaks of Annapurna and others. Pokhara is famously known as the ‘city of lakes’ and has numerous beautiful serene lakes. We can explore the most accessible and beautiful Fewa Lake during the afternoon - & enjoy some boating too. Explore, relax and dine by the tranquil Lake Fewa. We can even do some shopping during the evening hours. It’s real nice down the lakeside in the evenings, especially on a moonlit starry night. Overnight in Pokhara

Day 4: Fly to Jomsom –Muktinath darsan and back to Jomsom

After breakfast, we hop our 25 minutes flight to Jomsom & then drive down to Muktinath to make our peace with the gods. After completing our rituals, we drive back to Jomsom and enjoy the landscapes before we retire for the night. Overnight Jomsom

Day 5: Fly back to Pokhara and sightseeing at Pokhara

After a hearty breakfast we get set for our flight back to Pokhara. On reaching Pokhara, we check into our designated hotel. Pokhara is a stunner with its grandiose sights of snow-capped mountain peaks and superb natural beauty. Pokhara is most popular for its lakes Phewa, Begnas and Rupa. Your trip includes visits to some exotic locations. We enjoy boating on the famous Phewa Lake and if time allows, we will also visit the lovely Begnas Lake that’s in a league of its own. We also go on to explore the deep-seated mysteries of intriguing caves like Mahendra Gupha which will further heighten your adventure spirit and curiosity. David’s fall, the thundering gorge of the Seti River and the Tibetan refugee camp are the other interesting spots which will make a lovely part of our vacation in this wonderful country. Overnight at Pokhara

Day 6: Drive to Kathmandu

After a couple of cuppers, we get set for an early morning trip to the popular vantage point of Sarangkot for a stunning sunrise view of the Annapurna range and the much revered Machhapuchare [Fishtail] peak; its an astounding experience to see the red maroon glows that falls on the mountain ranges and the gleaming rays of the sun slashing through the gaps of the mountains with birds flying across the early morning skies; we softly whisper our praises to God and thank him for this beauty and his blessings. After this memorable experience in Pokhara, we gear up for our return to Kathmandu by surface in a vehicle or by flight. On reaching Kathmandu, we are free to use the 2nd half of our day anyway you’d want it. You can go for shopping, stroll around Thamel, and look around the local markets or just chill out with some beers at a roadside cafe. Overnight at your hotel
